Making Second playstore developer account after termination:- Issues

As we know that now a days so many playstore developer accounts are being terminated without any reason, this is the most common confusion among the developers, what to do next now. As for full time app developers, whole bread and butter depends on app earnings, this is the worst of worst situation. 
Off course the first step anyone may take is to appeal the google for tetmination. But what adds irony to the situation, that the apellate authority is here not human, but a emotionless bot, who cann’t feel, what developers suffers after being terminated. Appealing to google only lead to same automated reply 
” After reviewing your appeal, we’ve confirmed our initial decision and will not be reinstating your developer account.

Your Google Play Developer account has been terminated due to multiple violations of the Developer Program Policies by an associated Google Play developer account. We’ve reviewed and confirmed this association.

I also got the same reply, after I appealed to google for my developer accounts in which I had Marvel VPN, VPN shuttle, VPN drive, Transkey Translator keyboard, Marvel document scanner apps. So without delaying, I decided to make another account with new identity. So I cleared all the cookies and browsing data in my chrome browser. I installed mozilla on my PC. And I made another gmail account on that. Because I thought that may be chrome browser might send user information to google. So this time I decided to not to use chrome. But this time I used the same internet connection, since I drawn the logic that my internet connection uses dynamic IP, which changes everyday. Secondly sometimes whole society or organisation uses the same Internet connection. So google might not be foolish to track Internet connection details. 
The second thing I did was to make a play developer with new credit card detail, new phone number and new address. I made some changes in app like slight change in the app name, colour change in the app layout, different package name and put a different account google analytics. I thought that making slight changes will make my apps different in the eyes of google. But I didn’t make so much changes, that it would be a different app for my uses. Actually i wanted to gain the advantage of authority of my previous app in search algorithm. For example the app name XYZ changed to XYZ plus. So if user will search XYZ, then he/she would also find XYZ plus. I changed the description of the app too, but maintaining the same keywords as previously.
I also made inhouse advt campaign in google admob for my new apps in my previous apps. Because I still had high number of impressions of my previous apps. But those impressions were not of use since admob stopped to give ad impressions, but ad units were live, as the admob was not suspended. So I decided to use those impressions for inhouse ads.
Now I began to wait for the result, I thought the app would survive, but the account again terminated after three days, with same termination email. I might have done some mistake. I am not sure but the reason for the termination may be:-
1). I logged in the new account in mozilla and opera. But I forgot to logout the previous emails from my android phone gmail app. So google bot can track how all the accounts are logged in from same IP, at same time.
2). I found that there is an information about app in signature file, but I used the same signature in over confidence. I thought the signature changes if we change the package name and app name. But now I found that there is more in app signature, which I am trying to crack.
3). Most of the people think, google suspends your new account if its bot suspects that you are banned developers. But new theory can be also, that google can also ban if it thinks you are new developer but using the search authority of previously banned app by naming the new app with similiar name as of previously banned app. So in this case new developers can also be harmed.
Some people wrote that you should get a new PC to change your identity. But I have doubt on this point, because in big organisation app development is done on shared computers and for different app versions, the organisation may use different computers to build. So how google is able to block a particular PC. However I found that app signature contains the device information and I am researching more on this, how much information app contains about the device on which app is build. Because solution to this problem can be is the build the app on same old PC but sign the app on different device like phone or PC. Because its economically not feasable to buy a new PC for every new account.
I am still in research to find some more things about this and still in progress to find cheap and hassle free solution for this. I will share more things in my coming blogs, which i will find time to time.

Now a days, lots of Google playstore publisher accounts are being terminated for no reasons, which is only due to its stupid and emotionless bot and then monopolistic behaviour of Google.The Google gives this strike a name known as prior policy Violations. This has ruined the lives of many app developers, whose earning is totally depended on app development.
I am also an fulltime app developer and I had almost 8 apps in playstore, among which Marvel Vpn, Vpn shuttle and Transkey Translator keyboard were getting very good number of downloads.
Everything was good. Then suddenly a twist came in life, which destroyed everything. Its almost two weeks that I received an email from Google, that my account has been terminated due to prior policy Violations. I did not know what was the reason behind that mail, because nothing was specified. Therefore I appealed to playstore about the termination of the account, because I thought the termination may be due to an error and if really there is any infringement of the policy from my side, then I demanded time to fix my apps. But for that I needed my account reinstated. But on appealing, I got an automatic response, that my account would not be restored without providing the reason for that. All my career and livelihood depends on playstore app, and I had complete right to know the reason for my account termination. But what anyone can do is sending appeal on email and wait for the unknown time. There is no direct contact like chat and phone number.I appealed many times to playstore, but only automated negative response from Google’ end.

Opening publisher account is not free on playstore, every publisher has the right to know the reason. But what adds irony to the situation that there is no human being on the customer support. There is an stupid and emotionless bot, which is playing with lives of many of developers like me. I got to know from many blogs that Google has done the same thing with many developers by sending the same automated mail

Google playstore is only on this success because of the hard works of app developers. Without app developers, Google playstore would have been totally failure. If Google claims to be the fairest system of customer dealing, then the question arises that where is the customer support contact for developer account. This creates a question mark on the one of the honest company, which Google claims.
Just pay 25 USD and publish your app and then when your apps reaches the success, there is that scary email from Google, that sometimes only due to some minor policy Violations and many times due to no reason. This is the whole story of playstore.
I am still trying to find out the solution, but I got nothing. I also appeal to other app developers, just be carefull. Just check if your app is meeting the compicated policy compliances of playstore. Don’t totally rely on playstore, also publish on other app stores like amazon, yandex etc. Don’t rely totally on admob for earning so integrate other ad networks also. Since admob stops ad seving as soon as your apps are forfeited from playstore.
I am trying to find a best strategy and solution to tackle this situation. Since I read on blogs Google terminates your account again, if you try create a new one.
